What are the minimum members/trustees required to register a trust?

There must be minimum of two members in order to get a trust registered.

The registration procedure of the trust has been made simple so far to avoid any hassle during the trust registration process. The process starts with the draft of the trust deed and along with the required documents the members are required to appear before the concerned authority on the date of appointment.

A trust can be registered in minimum 10 days and maximum 20 days depending on the facts and circumstances of the case.

The primary condition which applies to all of the trustees of the trust is that there shall not be any personal interest of the trustees in any income or property or resource of the trust.
